I use my trusty coffee app and uncover Saint Espresso en route to my departure point. A smart and sophisticated coffee shop that screams excellence from its meticulously kept setting through to its own blends of coffee. The intimate bar area has an atmospheric low light and a classy ambience.
I’ve just had one of the most spectacular meals I’ve eaten in a while, so this coffee has a lot to live up to, but with a roastery in Hackney, where the beans are profiled by a 2x UK coffee roaster champion, I needn’t have worried. A smooth, honey-like texture with a rich crispness to it, it’s a delightful coffee to top off my day and brings the sweet burst I’ve been searching for.

It's been one of those days that's low-key but delightful in how its turned out. Spending time discovering new things with someone I want to share these experiences with. Hopefully, we can have more days like this soon.
