Ristr8to is the home of world barista championship winning coffee makers and has made a name for itself with unique coffee drinks rarely found elsewhere. 

With three cafes located all in the hipster district of Nimman, it’s not necessarily authentic to Thai coffee culture but it does bring something to the wider espresso culture on the global stage. 

With a dark, metal head theme that appeals to an alternative crowd, it has a distinct vibe that shows that it doesn’t care what you think about them, they’re just doing their thing - and it’s good. 

I settle in for a short, strong iced coffee with a butterscotch taste that is an honest twist on coffee drinking that surprises and reassures in the same measure. It’s a real blast of coffee fun, and sometimes that’s just what you need.
