Over Extracted, Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam

You’d think in such a massive international city like Ho Chi Minh, you’d be able to find a decent flat white but it’s not as simple as that. Espresso based drinks aren’t all that popular in Vietnam so searching out a good speciality brew can be quite the task.

Over Extracted is one of those few bastions of great coffee within the limits of old Saigon, happily serving up warm and iced versions of all your favourites.

Given the heat, I have to to for an iced oat latte but it’s a smooth, nutty affair that gives me great satisfaction in my choice whilst also offering up an oasis of calm in a truly hectic metropolis, and it’s a great place to be.
